Namaste, We are Shirish and Pooja
and Welcome to a Traditional Kolhapuri Misal ( कोल्हापुरी मिसळ पाव ) Episode of ‪@RedSoilStories‬
Today Pooja decided to prepare very famous Maharashtrian cuisine Misal Pav and that too "Kolhapuri Misal" ( कोल्हापुरी मिसळ पाव ). Kolhapuri Misal is famous for it's unique taste and spicy (झणझणीत) flavor.
Traditional authentic Kolhapuri misal consist of 4 main components i.e. Potato Sabji (बटाटा भाजी), Moth Beans Sabji (मटकी उसळ), Spicy curry ( मिसळ कट / रस्सा ) and Chivda (चिवडा). Other components are Chopped Onion, Lemon, Paav ( bread ) etc.
In this episode Pooja will prepare Potato Sabji, Moth Beans Sabji and Spicy Curry and asseble everthing to make a Spicy Flavorful Misal Pav.
We enjoyed the Misal Pav in the afternoon.

ताई तुमच्या सर्व रेसेपी मला खुप आवडतात आणि मी त्या करतेही. तुमच्या मुलाचा परत कधी सहभाग नाही दिसला .तुमच्या रोजच्या भाज्या ही दाखवत जा .आज ताई तुम्ही कटाची फोडणी दाखवली ते वाटण दाखवले फार छान केले होते पण ते आधी तुम्ही तेलात भाजुन मग त्यात तिखट टाकायला हवे होते कारण त्यामुळे तिखट जपुन जाते.पण मला तुमच्या सर्वच रेसेपी खुपच आवडतात. धन्यवाद
