After childbirth, I observed my hairfall but I remained calm. I acted to to control it. I opted for a wellness-focused strategy. I prioritized my diet, eating vitamin-packed foods, especially those high in Folic Acid and Protein. I worked out regularly and practiced meditation for stress control. I avoided tight hairstyles and quit using heated hair tools to prevent hair stress. I even started applying LittleExtra's Coconion shampoo and hair oil along with a neem wood comb. The result was hairfall control and the return of my hair.

Yeah I heard of some people losing their hair after the birth of their kids. I just thought it was because you grew so much hair taking all those prenatal vitamins and stopping reverse the nutrient effect.

You’re hair grows a lot during pregnancy and the vitamins and hormones that made it grow a lot decrease in the months after birth. So you return to your normal growth cycle and it appears like you’re shedding a lot of hair. Keeping your vitamins and nutrients high after birth will cushion how dramatic the loss is. Some people do lose hair during pregnancy so everyone is different
