Plastic tubing, if you never use your trem, then this is fine, but if you use your trem or would like the option of using your trem then plastic tubes don't get in between the coils causing small but noticeable changes in pitch and issues with tuning mid song.

Yes, but how do i increase tremolo spring noise??

This is an awesome solution in my opinion. I do it myself. However I just wanted to see someone else's method of pulling the foam through the spring. You use some cord. So I shall try it your way in future, good video man thanks :)

Just cut a cable from some junkyard electronic device and put it inside the spring. Doesn't get stuck between the spring windings and is also easier to apply.

All you need to do is put some foam pieces under the springs!

Additional question, is there any advantage to having 3 straight coils or the outside two angled inwards?
@kek92403 жыл бұрын
The coils in parallel hold the tuining better compared to the two angled inward coils

thanks for that :)
