have you ever considered running no thermostat in your uptake (downtake?) water jacket? if you never drive in in cold weather, it can still see temps between 150-170

What thermostat do you have? My gn has a stock 195 in it. If you wanted it to be 180 you need to switched that out.

At the depot they sell a set of drill attachment that adapt to your sockets The one end intotnhe drill the other end is 1/4 square for your sockets Also 3/8 and 1/2 ... All in a kit for like 10 bux. Its great. Time saver

Your cold case radiator should have two threads left for the transmission cooler. Id put the trans on the cold case and eliminate that little cooler.

Simple green would help here mike... For the road grime and grease If u can attach the turbo outlet to the throttle body without the intercooler u can really see how the car runs without the intercooler.. The intercooler is doing nothing at idle....hood up or down 2. inch pvc at the depot with couplings will take the place of the intercooler....

Also can u remove the transmission cooler and install it onto the cool case radiator... Remove the transmission cooler altogether Or install it down lower between the air dams It's been done before on our tutbo buicks...

So my car has been getting hot too! Everything say 220 is optimal temp for combustion! Take it with a grain of salt...

I don`t think the inside of the intercooler was dirty, I just wanted wash it out

@@2muchBoost_ Doesn't look too bad Any grease and road grime on the external of the intercooler is what I meant. Id spray simple green on it. Make sure it's safe for aluminum...

Your high cfm spal fan burned out bc you have the improper airflow that the fan motors need/ require. In order for a high cfm motor to operate properly it needs the correct airflow on the negative side / front of the car...... Everything got melted and overheated bc of airflow
