REDWOODS TREEWALK: Hiking in the dark through the trees! | NZ Ep. 28

Turn up the brightness because this video is filmed completely in the dark.
There's a place called the Redwoods Treewalk in Rotorua where you can walk across suspension bridges from tree to tree and every night, they light it up so you can walk in the dark. We just had no idea it would be THIS dark.

You use a Canon G7X? How do you overcome the clicking noise the actor-focus makes? Anyone else out there use one. I just got a G7X Mark II and when I video, the auto-focus makes a clicking noise that is inaudible when I am recording, but incredibly annoying when I download and play it back. Anyone have any ideas?

I mean you can listen back to our videos, it doesn't really affect us that much. Typically we just focus on ourselves before we start talking. It's something I hear when editing some clips, but you never end up hearing it in the final product. Unless you use heavy-duty headphones.

You can actually buy a ticket and do it during the day and at night. We just did it at night!

You will find that the north island of new zealand is not as good as the south island.....not saying it bad tho...you will enjoy it.

Did you get to see the Big fat tree up in Northland?. it's called Tane Mahuta,pronounced " Tarnay Mahootah",it's about 20 feet round,massive!
