For all those who complain about Forza 6's physics... This guy's using assists. Assists include steering (Normal and Sim settings) and more. With assists off, it feels as good as both games. There's a reason for the assists though- to help newcomers learn how to race.

I had tried all of them without assist. even on this video the driver struggle to get a grip on forza and project cars. for me, AC is the most drivable and has realistic physics either with stick controller or steering wheel. so, here's the order 1. AC, 2. Project Cars, too easy to lose the grip 3. Forza Motorsport Apex, pathetic handling, no wonder they gave it free. graphic is no more important than the physics.

Don't drive without assists... Put all assists on factory (talking about ABS, TC, ESP ...) and then drive it. They use assists irl for a reason ;) But then again, from the 3 displayed here, AC has the best physics. Sound goes to Forza (for most cars) and graphics is a mix of the three, both forza & PC look "too good" and AC looks good at some moments and at other moments it's a bit underwhelming.

As an overall package = Project Cars is the best on the market atm. Huge selection of cars Huge selection of tracks Detailed car tuning An okay physics and FFB which can become really good if tuned out properly. Day-night cycle. Weather cycle. Outstanding graphics and very good performance for the visuals you get. Competitive AI which used to be shit but now is actually A LOT BETTER THAN ASSETTO CORSA where any race above 2 laps is impossible cause the AI constantly does pit maneuvers to your car. It's like all the AI are police cars and it's a highway chase. I finish AI races with 1-2 hours duration without any problem or incidents. Something that I find hard in most games and absolutely impossible in Assetto Corsa. Somehow they manged to make the AI in latest version of Project Cars to behave uniquely. Each bot has tiny differences in the driving style, makes mistakes when under pressure for long time and drives each car differently as well. All in all it's the only game right now where I can race the AI and actually believe that I am in a race.

Project cars for sure. Sound is spot on. I love the sound that the bentley continental gt3 makes in real life it has a real throaty bass sound to it ant that sound tranfers almost perfectly to project cars.

Forza cars sound very similar based on what kind of motor you have in vehicle, as for AC not sure what kind of vacuums and tractors they used to record their sound from.

Project Cars undoubtedly has the best sounds. There's so much going on in them you can hear everything in the car. The engine, the whirring sound of the gearbox, etc. Assetto Corsa has that Gran Turismo thing going on with the sounds which is unfortunate. Physics, yeah AC wins of course. PC is decent, and Forza is subpar to both. The only thing Forza wins in is decent sounds, damn good graphics, and just variety. Overall though PC is the winner.

Bullshit, they're inaccurate as fuck. Listen to a pagani huayra video, during acceleration the turbo's popoff valves are very audible, in AC you can't even hear them at all.

I was underwhelmed with AC and it's sound TBH. I've got it on ps4 as well as Project Cars and PC sounds better. AC's handling and PC's graphics and sounds would be perfect. Forza's tyres sound like a kookaburra.

The soundin Assetto Corsa wasn't that good,but it has been upgrade a short while ago and I can assure you, taking a Porsche 917K over the Nordschleife ROCKS! What a sound! I know there's a lot blah blah about the looks of Forza Apex and it's the only one of the three, that starts complaining about my video memory. Be that as it may...It looks okay but it can't hold candle to Project cars or Assetto Corsa. Just look at the part above where you have third person view. With AC and PC you see all kind of details in the car when you look through the back window, With Forza Apex you see almost nothing. The cars look more real and have more depth in PC and AC the Forza car looks a bit flat. And then there's the track details where Assetto Corsa is on a different level than Project Cars and Forza Apex. With Assetto Corsa every patch and crack in the tarmac is there. There is only one reason to go for Forza Apex, and that is when you want or have to play with a joypad. Forza has that down perfectly, So good in act that you can come close to steeringwheel laptimes using a pad. I haven't tried Project cars that much with a joypad, but from what I remember it wasn't that good, however nowhere near as bad as Assetto Corsa that treats a joypad more or less like it's a wheel. Totally useless rubbish. However if you have a wheel Assetto Corsa and all it's official DLC content will set you back less than €70.- And once you have taken Niki Lauda's Ferrari over the Nordschleife you will never look back. It also is (as far as I know the only race sim to have the Porsche 917 K, The Porsche 917-30 CanAm spyder and the Old Monza 10K (Grand Prix 1966 Movie) track with the embankment. Between the three It's really no contest. Assetto Corsa all the way.

Because FM6: Apex is literally a tech demo. 60 cars and 10 tracks or more with optional DLC and Windows 10 OS is required. APEX is just there for optimization for Windows 10. XOne/S version is already optimized, with more than 600 cars including DLC, 20 tracks, and with upgrades. And basically a motorsport museum as a career mode.

AC does have private lobbies. You just can't set them up from the game menu. I've been running and racing in AC leagues for the past couple of years, so I don't know where you're getting your information.
