Now its time for version 3.0. I own the upgraded version and I have a few suggestions. (1) Make the power button easier to hold down. (2) make a add on device that will leave the unit in the on position. This is needed where the pest is in a location where one focus the beam because there isn't enough room for your full hand and the device. (3) Relocate the power indicator light. It is easily obscured by your thumb and in daylight conditions one can't tell if it is one or off. I now use this device primarily at night because I can see the beam. (4) With my unit I have to use an inordinate amount of hand strength to seat the battery portion into the head to make an electrical circuit. The spring at the base if the head unit needs in my case to be a bit taller. (5). If possible make the device more powerful. Anything to cut down the amount of tines on had to hit the aiptasia. In my case it takes about 4-5 times at 2 minutes each to kill off a 3/8" or 9mm around aiptasia. (6) I appreciate the robustness of the device but is it really necessary. Is there some cost savings to be had in making a case that can't be used to thwart off a charging brown bear. You folks are almost there, just need a few more improvements.

Thanks for the thoughts Rob! As a small British manufacturer we really appreciate the feedback and all of these points have already been a part of our product development discussions. Should we be able to create a new one in the future - all of your points will be researched, however we also need to have one hand on the stringent safety considerations we need to get through in order to be able to legally sell a potentially dangerous device around the world. There are of course 3d printable devices people have designed to help hold the button down - which make life easier for long sessions but this does bypass our 'dead mans switch' i.e if you let go it will stop which is one of the safety features to stop accidental exposure - so we can't condone these. Please do keep an eye on our socials for the future!
