Great video Bamma loved the action👍👍!!! Thanks for taking us along. Also want to give a thank you shout out to Dusty. He gave us surf fishing advice on our 1st trip down there in 2018. Got us set up with rigs n bait and gave us advise on what to look for on the beach. Turned my wife into a Gulf surf fishing addict. Can't wait to get back down there!!!

@BamaSaltwater3 жыл бұрын
Yes I am in Alabama and it did close on the 27th. You're only allowed to keep them on Fridays, Sat, sun, and Mondays. We weren't out on any of those days unfortunately.

My 9” Garmin has the latest charts, really good and accurate charts. These are the “offshore” /nearshore pyramids out in the Gulf
@BamaSaltwater3 жыл бұрын
The inshore reefs are pretty simple to find inshore. They’re marked really well with Pilings and lights.
@jaretthadley47833 жыл бұрын
Thanks man I was talking about the near shore pyramid reefs, all I have is a Garman stryker 4. No charts for coordinates
@BamaSaltwater3 жыл бұрын
@@jaretthadley4783 You'll pretty much need a chart plotter with the coordinates, otherwise it's like searching for a needle in a haystack on those haha.

I like your channel, but those are not porpoises. They are bottled nose dolphins. There are no porpoises in the Gulf of Mexico. Common misconception.
@BamaSaltwater3 жыл бұрын
It's a colloquial term, because if you say Dolphin, someone may think you mean Mahi Mahi...so as to not mistake the two verbally, I say Porpoise.
