I run all gyres with a 6sec pulse

100% on one pair and 60% on the other. If the lower % one starts slowing because its dirty then I increase the % until I get to 100% then I clean the opposite one and then need to lower that one down to about 60%. Repeat. @@patrickcogley

@@patrickcogley sorry just seeing this. I clean and start at 60 and then as they get dirty I ramp them to 100. Once I see flow die down at 100, that’s when I clean.

considering the look of the powder blue, i doubt its ich.If there was ich active in that system the pbt would be covered. More likely viral or bacterial nodules.. very common with tangs and can look alot like ich.

Respectfully, sure the PBT is infamously Ich prone, but it's perfectly common for one fish to show spots and another not. Perhaps the PBT has built up immunity, who knows.@@Jay-dq5vg
