Now that's a Reef Aquarium my friend. Aquascape is done very well. When I had a Reef Aquarium I ran T5 Light's Two Blue & Two White, I was not dosing and my corals were growing at an incredible rate. Within Two months they would be very Tall from 4", to 12, 15" in no time it was sweet. Whenever I get a Reef Aquarium again, I will use T5, maybe some LED mixed in there too. Thank you for sharing this splendid set up. I smashed that like button. 👍😃

I agree! I'd like to know what music service he uses for his audio tracks and what category. I use Epidemic Sound and they usually have really good music for your videos, but Jake always pumps some nasty vocal deep house!

you guyz effort to educate others is second to none!! I appreciate it! I would like to have a honest answer to this question. Do you guys have any reef tank with stray voltage that is thriving? My system has 3.8 V in the 75 gallon aquarium and 1.9 V in the sump.It seems almost impossible to not have stray voltage in a aquarium with so many electric devices submerged in water. The freakn Lights above the tank without any contact transfers electricity! That’s why I’m asking this question. I don’t want to Drive myself crazy over a few volts in my aquarium if the reef tank can thrive despite this issue..THANKS GUYS!!!

the T5 side looks much much better but mostly more natural IMO. only thing missing is the shimmer you get with LEDs...thus the definitive solution is T5 with a couple of LEDs as fill in :-D

Awesome videos. I don't know if it would be bad for the tank, but if it would be possible to get a little laser pointer (or something?) when you're pointing out corals, it would be really cool to know which is which. Sometimes it's hard to know which coral you're talking about. Anyway, though.....Awesome. Super awesome.

were you using that yellow filter on the camera? I want to say that may be why (at least on video) the LED side looks so different than the T5 side, I want to say the T5 side almost does look like it has a yellowish tint over the thing, like it's "dirty"

Jake, have the reefing trends standardized more now among the various regions? In the past the Europeans were mostly zeovit and in Asia something different, vs what is done in the USA.

yes and no, there's still plenty of regional differences but it has mostly to do with brands and distribution of said products and what people have access to
