How to catch Port Stephens Snapper and Flathead

There's no doubt I get to stay at some great places from time to time travelling and fishing. One hidden gem just out of Hawks Nest is Myall River Camp. Whether you're just looking for a great spot to set up camp and launch the boat, or go to the next level and rock up with it all done for you the options are there. Myall Camp has some awesome fully self contained safari style glamping tents. Once the boat's in the water the Myall River is right at your doorstep or should I say tent fly. After that there's plenty of fishing options from with the river finding its way into Port Stephens. Our trip was during the flood run off so we hunted a little further offshore to find some cleaner water and some nice Snapper and Flathead
