Nestled at the base of the Reese River Valley’s Shoshone and Toiyabe mountain ranges, the ranch offers breathtaking views and a night sky filled with stars. The Reese River Valley stretches 8 miles across at its widest point and sits at an elevation of 6,400 feet. A 605-acre ranch/farm with 435.79 acres of water rights, which is brought to production by both flood and ground irrigation. Additionally, the property includes supplemental water rights to add an agricultural well. The dam on the property was designed by the Army Core of Engineers and creates a small pond that can also be used for recreation. During the winter months of wet years, this area experiences copious snowfall and sees several creeks merging to form Reese River, running through the 24-mile-long valley from South to North.
