Peanut butter morsels are found a little too easily in the US. As mentioned, we do love our chocolate and peanut butter combination. PB morsels are next to the chocolate morsels haha!

I think it would be enough batter for 2 6" cake tins. I'd bake on 180C for 25 min :0)

Should be ok. Caster sugar is better for baking though. Yields a nicer crumb. :0)

+maikolosav you could hear a bit of peanut butter up in the microwave for 10-15 seconds and put about a tsp on top and swirl it just gently on top. :0)
