Very nice but who started this craze of placing a tv ten foot up the wall, should have hired a dedicated audio visual company to install the tv in the correct position which is roughly head height when you’re sat down, I think after five minutes watching tv I’d have a very sore neck!

Hi, great building. You say in your video this is a timber building. I thought Buildings up to 30 square metre had to be made of a non-conbustable material. Only buildings upto 15sq/m can be made of timber?

Thomas Hallam hello. I do not think I do only in our name! This building has no timber cladding and is made up of a combination of a composite cladding called MTX with 30 minute fire break wall construction to rear and both sides , I have not watch the video back before writing this but I am sure I would refer to it as “Cement wall”. This is our interpretation of the 1m rule that we have installed on nearly every project in the last 10 years plus.

@@BakersGardenBuildings thank you for you quick response. Yes now you have stated that it isn't a timber cladded building you do meet the regulations to build over 15sq/m. It just threw me when I thought it said timber. Ive been looking at the laws and regs on building a workshop mancave etc. and always come across conflicting statements. Whilst I love this building you have done it is way out of my budget. But maybe in the future it's handy to know you are there. Thanks again.

This confirms what I always thought rich people no style. Car crash interior with lots of clutter badly thought out. Swap it around. Put gym next to door with cupboard. Then a nice big projector screen and get a nicer TVs stand. The Argos mdf stand looks as cheap as I guess it was.

What a terrible set-up. Most living rooms are better set up than this "cinema room". The build quality looks great though.
