It always feels like a bad idea to keep popping around a corner, knowing full well that the enemy knows you're about to pop out to shoot at them. I learned in GTA Online to always change sniping positions if I even thought someone knew where I was. One of the reasons why my k/d ratio was around 10/1 before I abandoned the game. I mostly enjoyed specializing in long distance sniping. I even figured out at what distance a player's character will be rendered on screen vs their vehicle. Their vehicle renders at a very long distance, so you can easily snipe someone from across the city if you can spot their car. Oh, and muzzle flashes from the big machine guns render at along distance too. Sniped a guy on a bridge on the southeast area of the map while sitting on top of the Maze Tower. Good times.
