didn't need English, understood all of the hand signals, cute piece. For those of us who are not quite that short waist; my suggestion would be to add colored elastic or lace to add length and three layers of fabric that match the original shirt for the skirt, that would be interesting and or make the top a peplum top. What do you think?

You're dope. Quick question: You called it a dress but the end result looks like a shirt and a skirt. If it is a dress how did you connect the bottom piece to the top? Also, let's say I were making that for a female that was a size small, would you suggest using a medium sized mens shirt to doe the job or a small?

oh thats why its two part since theyre not connected at all ps personally i would recommend using a bigger size since the bigger the piece the most fabric you have available to use
