During the cold calls, what questions are you asking? How are you engaging them before the visit? Do you ask what kind of edibles they'd like, or do you decide?? Great video.

Hey Rafael - Great questions. Here's a lengthy reply: You don't need to engage them before the first visit, do your research so you know that the company you're planning on visiting has a similar target audience to yourself and is in a position to recommend you to their clients. The first visit will be your first encouter with them face to face, during the first visit show up with a mixture of goodies and ask them to choose then make a note of what they like for next time. Also, in the first visit you don't need to make a sales pitch, just leave your goodies and leaflets and ask if they would mind if you came back in a few weeks (no one will mind the 'cake man' re-visiting). It's only on the 3rd/4th visit that you introduce the 'referral reward certificate' giving the company a percentage of any sales they pass your way - this is when they understand your motive and as they have built a rapport with you, they will feel they can trust you enought to refer you to others. Digitool One thing I've seen people talking about lately is using Facebook pixels in their ads. I have no idea how to use this but would really like to start. You seem to be the fb Guru, so you'd probably be able to better instruct or guide someone through the process. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Facebook pixels require you to pop a bit of code on your website, but they are great as they start to advertise just on Facebook to those who've visited your website before (and so must be interested in your services!) Great idea for a new video - we'll keep you posted.
