Great stuff Daisy , going to try and implement this strategy , I would be happy if I could add at least 5 reviews a week , would be amazing if I could get a review from every customer, but find some can’t, won’t, don’t like, or there just to busy, so like the ideal of the leaflet, Keep up the good Work

Hello , this works fine for a desktop , but not so good for mobile devices . How do we overcome that ?

Hey Terry, you're right it does look different on a mobile. There are 2 soultions. Either, you have to ask customers using their mobile to click on the blue reviews button when they click on your bit.ly link, or, this method seems to work too: support.google.com/business/answer/7035772?hl=en-GB Hope that helps.
