Refillable cartridges for Canon PGI-580 CLI-581 with permanent ink chip

Hi OctopusConcept. Just got my package of refill ink and Fill-in cartridges and sat down to perform the refrill. Watching your video helped a lot - it was very easy - and the time for the spounge to suck up the ink was not long at all - watching your video I got the impression it would be a lengthy affair - but not at all. Must say, that I would not fill up with more than 12 ml - maybe even 11,5 in the cartridges. And the first prints has come out perfect - no issue yet as far as I can see. Looking forward to buying more from you going forward. 👍

Hallo Octopus. Ich formuliere das mal auf deutsch. Was genau bedeutet permanent den genau? Nehmen wir an wir haben dieses gelbe Ausrufezeichen. Ich mache Tinte rein und wird dann das direkt auch von dem Chip anerkannt als voll? Ich möchte nicht gerne für jeden Refill diese Chips kaufen und ersetzten. Wie machst du das?

Danke für die Frage. Permanent Chip heißt im Detail , dass für den ersten Druckzyklus mit diesen Patronen ein angezeigter Tintenfüllstand zur Verfügung steht. Hat der vom alternativen Tintenchip angezeigte Tintenfüllstand einmal den Status "LEER" erreicht, bleibt der Tintenfüllstand auch beim Nachfüllen von Tinte auf diesem Stand - trotz physisch in der Tintenpatrone vorhandener Tinte. ABER die verbauten Chips werden vom Drucker zum Weiterdrucken ohne angezeigten Tintenfüllstand akzeptiert. Diese Funktion bieten NICHT alle am Markt verfügbaren Chipmodelle. Der Chip muss nicht gewechselt werden. Nicht die optimale Lösung - unserer Meinung aber ok, da das CANON Tintenmanagement System von Haus aus sehr ungenau ist und wir es mehrfach geschafft haben die Tinten in einer Patrone aufzubrauchen bevor eine Warnmeldung des Druckers kam. Ohne Tintenfüllstand gilt es darauf zu achten, dass immer physisch Tinte in der Patrone vorhanden ist.

Bonjour, les imprimantes avec cartouche Photo Blue ne sont pas si fréquentes. Tu peux y remplir la cartouche originale et l'utiliser en combinaison avec les cartouches alternatives remplissables.

Hi, this refillable cartridges alternative can wor on Canon Pixma TX705a? Your ink have similar result like Canon ink? I use this printer for CD/DVD/BluRay and A4 photo print, i need quality. Thanks

Hello Marcel, thanks for contacting us. Do You mean a Canon Pixma TS705a? We were not able to find a model TX705a. The TS705a uses the cartridge models PGI580 and CLI581 - so are refillables replacing these cartridges are also suitable for Your printer. Our Octopus Fluids printer inks are made to match the quality of the original inks. The difference between the original inks and our inks is the color balance in the printing result (in meaning of pictures). That means that pictures printed with our inks are not so reddish as when printing with the original inks. We have made our inks that way as the print outs with our inks are more Western color harmonic.

Hello Marcel, thanks for the clarification 👍🏻 The article RCCATS6150S0 (this is the article code in our shop) includes the refillable cartridges and the suitable printer inks - 100ml each ink.

Hello, have You refilled original Canon cartridges? For these original cartridges You can deactivate the ink level detection and keep on printing with a refilled cartridge. Make sure that there is sufficient ink inside as You will not receive any warning message anymore about low ink.

Hello Sonny, thanks for Your question - the TS 6300 printer series runs with PGI580 and CLI581 cartridges - according to our information - So, YES You can use the cartridges for Your printer too.

Hello Jorge! Yes, the chips on our refillables are permanent chips that have an active ink level detection for the first printing cycle with these cartridges. After receiving the message "ink depleted" for a chip the ink level detection is deactivated for that cartridge - actually it is the same as for an original Canon chip. This way You can keep on using the cartridge and refill it.

Thanks for Your question. The Octopus Fluids inks, used in our tutorial, we manufacture here in Germany. They are no original Canon inks. The formulation of the inks follows the original inks in meaning that the printing results are harmonic and equal to the original inks.
