This printer is not designed to use a continuous ink system. Before using the Pigment ink, you need to shake the ink bottle equably to prevent the partial pigment precipitating and gathering. The uneven ink impacts the supported stability and blocks the Printerhead. You need to prepare at least two cartridges. One of the cartridges is an additional purchase for cartridge, not setup cartridge. If "Color Cartridge Depleted" message has not yet appeared on your printer, then keep printing until it does. or buy one set auto-reset chip and replace.
