Great way to explain this complex topic Erika! We wish we had more options when we had student loans over $300K (now paid off). You're doing a great job educating the next generation with options, goals and making intentional decisions with student loans.

You explained it so easier. I knew this already but I had to do some hard digging to see how much each loan would cost me in interest, each time I changed my payment terms. Everyone should was this video to save tons of head ache.

I hate student loans. If I knew about borrowing when I started school I would have skipped grad school. I am still paying back federal student loans. If possible I would say pay off loans before starting a family. IF POSSIBLE. There are great videos out there like this one which will help in strategizing and eliminating debt. With a family it can be a more challenging but still possible over the long run.

Hello Erika, I'm a new subscriber to your Yt channel:) Great content! I was wondering if you could make a video or comment your thoughts about the new proposals for unrealized cap gains tax to pay for Biden's infrastructure bill, if you think it will happen, and how to avoid it? It seems blatantly corrupt to me and will have effects on the economy, no? Can we hide how much crypto or even precious metals that we own? Same sort of thing happened during FDR's gold confiscation in 1933. So, how do we protect ourselves from a falling empire's desperate tactics? The banks can prove I bought crypto, but not which ones, so is there any cover there? I could say I bought tether, no? My wealth will not be used to prop up a corrupt fed reserve bank that's been used to enslave American's for a hundred years plus. I just won't comply period. Even if that means I'm the only American that takes that stand. Just sayin
