@@lealou1092 Not a linear type of equation. I live in Serbia (Europe) which is about 20.000 times less attractive than LA. However - a decent one bedroom apartment cannot be found under $500 (an amount an average Serb makes in a month!)

If you love vintage kitchens and bathrooms, you should get an apartment here in Austria where I live, most of the rental apartments I've seen still have the tiles (and the sanitary facilities, unfortunately lol) from the 60s. It's sometimes quite a pain to find an affordable modern place haha

I peeped that too! It looks like right next to the covered bench tray setup she has a standing top-enter litter box! The color is discrete and matches her decor so I almost didn’t notice it, I have two of the same exact one in different colors and it’s great; it pulls double duty compared to when I had tray boxes. But still 4 cats with 3ish litter pans isn’t ideal either :b I suppose if they’re happy and she’s home a lot then it works for her/them 🙀😸

I'm in Houston! And you will definitely find much bigger places at a cheaper cost, for you I would think the Houston Heights would be perfect for you as well as Montrose or First Ward Art District. Lots of quirky stores and antiques you would have fun in!
