tbh Maybelline isn't the only great drugstore brand out there. (same goes for loreal, covergirl, Revlon, and rimmel) Like I personally find Essence, Wet n Wild, Milani, NYX, e.l.f, Physician's Formula etc products on par with Maybelline, if not better. Plus all those brands I just mentioned are cruelty-free so that's a bonus.

Aesthetically Petty. Your right, they wouldn’t have survived without meat but that is because they didn’t always have plants available. Meat is very high in calories which they would burn off when foraging and hunting the animals. They had no choice but to eat animals because they also weren’t able to go to the grocery store and choose their options of food. Look up the documentary “what the health” on KZbin or Netflix. And there is not differance between eating animals and testing on them, both are completely unnessasary and causing harm to animals. It doesn’t matter that our ancestors survived on meat, the NEEDED it to survive. In this day in age, there are plenty of thriving vegans compared to non vegans that are getting diabetes, cancers, high blood pressure, high cholesterol ect. and heart disease which is one of the number one killers in the WORLD. And ironically, the vegan diet is the only proven diet to reverse it. Don’t use our ancestors as a justification to kill animals if you don’t follow other things that they did such as incest, they didn’t use technology, they didn’t use toilets ect. You can’t say you love “ALL” animals if you pay for them to have them killed so you can have bacon or a burger. Wolfs and lions are CARNIVORES.Humans are omnivores but we thrive more when eating plants. Our canine teeth are puny and useless. Do you chase squirrels or salivate when seeing dogs or other animals when hungry? Do you have sharp claws and salivate when you see videos of cows getting their throats slit open? If you were to place a rabbit and an apple next to a child, which one would the child be more likely to eat? You don’t hunt your food like your ancestors did, in fact you pay people to kill the animals you “love”. Those who truly are meant to eat meat don’t pick and choose which animals they can eat and which ones you can’t. Lions don’t see a difference between a zebra and gazelle, all they see is food. A majority of humans say it is not okay to eat dogs, but have no problem eating pigs and other animals. You are choosing to eat these animals when you clearly know u can survive off of a vegan diet. I am vegan, and I do everything I can to make sure all the makeup, clothes, furniture, everything I use is vegan. I'm sure some products are that have slipped through, but I've done my absolute best, and that's what matters. I take actions to do everything I can. So yes, I am vegan, even though I found out a jacket I bought advertised as faux leather turned out to be real leather. And yes, some products that I buy that are vegan are owned by companies that have a lot of non-vegan products, but I primarily buy from vegan sources and hope that it will encourage companies to expand vegan lines and with education, we can create more vegan companies and help people understand why they should be vegan. So yes, I indirectly contribute to some animal abuse, but I think eating vegan, getting as many vegan products as you can from vegan companies while sometimes buying vegan products from non-vegan companies, educating others, and fighting for change is still amazing. No one's perfect. All vegans are doing the best we can to help stop the cruelty. This shouldn't be a, "You bought a mascara from a company that tests on animals, you're terrible and not a real vegan," situation.

This mascara is terrible to me based on my experience. For some reason, I always get extreme allergic reactions to it. My eyelids and lash line puff up and both my eyes become super swollen. It literally looks like I have pink eye and when this first happened I had to go to an urgent care to see what was up and they told me it was allergies. I wasn’t totally sure if it was the mascara so I tried it out again, and the same thing happened. It was so weird because I’ve never had this happen to me out of all the mascaras I’ve used.

When we first had Great lash I bought it and got very disappointed cause it gae no volume like volum express in 90s. I thought its an overhyped product never bought again. Today I use cruelty free and non toxic brands. But I still love Maybelline as a brand cause it reminds me 90s- Seventeen magazine ads.

Actually L’Oréal last paradise (blue one) is the best. It doesn’t clump AT ALL and gives you an amazing look if you wear it and then wipe it with a wet tissue on your ends (don’t worry it’s waterproof). This gives a lifted look

At least you're not buying from the companies that keep their cows (and the other animals) in horrible conditions along with other things I won't mention in this comment. I've been vegetarian for three years and I'm trying to be vegan, but my family still eats organic meat sometimes.
