Thank you for this awesome video. I want to retire in Grenada. I have a year and a half until retirement and plan on selling my home here in Northern Virginia and purchase one in Grenada. My wife and I have several friends that live there and we just spent a too short week there. That peace and island time is just what we at our age are in need of. Until then, my body is here, but my soul is there.

Fantastic! Lots of folks from Europe, America and Canada spend their retirement there. Wish you the best of luck setting up your next chapter on the islands.

This is beautiful and so will balanced. I'm intending to settle in Grenada after spending 10 weeks here I think I've got a good idea about how things work. My lesson so far is just be patient and slow , slow , slow down

If i rent an apartment online to go there, do they have uber to drive me to the place? I have no one there
@TabTravelsАй бұрын
No Uber or Lyft BUT there are a lot of drivers right outside the airport gates ready to take people where they wanna go. They take cash or EC, there is also an app like uber where you can call rides called Haylup

@@TabTravels Hi TabTravels, i wish you a wonderful new year, may this year be fruitful for you and your family. Thanks for your videos, really helpful. I'd like to know if i move to Grenada as a non-US citizen, how could i expand my stay there to make it a home? Can i obtain a work permit and work legally in the country?
@TabTravels28 күн бұрын
@@AdlerSejour Happy New Year! To be honest I am not sure what the process looks like for a non-US citizen I imagine the process looks different depending on where you are immigrating from. I do know that getting approval for a work permit is tricky for all though! Might be easier to get a remote job from elsewhere? Good luck on your journey in 2025

Well said! I agree with everything you said. I am a grenadian living in Canada 49 years. But you have to have money to live in grenada, I don't have.
