Reflections by Emily Hazelman-Elliot, Senior Program Manager at Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade - Australian High Commission Fiji on their long-term partnership with the Fiji Women’s Crisis Centre at the commemoration event of the 30th anniversary of the Labasa Women’s Crisis Centre.
Staff and allies of LWCC marched through Labasa Town before the commemoration event. The march marked the start of 16 Days of Activism Against Violence Against Women and Girls on International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women (25th November 2024).
