John Yoo and Clarence Thomas, Associate Justice, US Supreme Court, discussed Justice Thomas’ experience at the 1980 Fairmont Conference and his thoughts on the best path to further the economic and social advancement of black Americans. Justice Thomas shared how an upbringing in a religious community with parents who deeply valued education shaped him, and he discussed his friendship with Thomas Sowell and the influence this friendship has had on him.

Love the sense of humor with that "Are you going to leak it?" comment! But I'm sure Judge Roberts gave Judge Thomas a long phone convo afterwards haha.

The American Dream was to create a complete human system that overcame history. Which could have been universally exportable; and most likely based principally on Democracy, Economy and Knowledge, which would have made the system easily exportable. Thus expanding the spirit of 'Manifest Destiny' into the 'United States of Gaia' (my younger son's nomination). What seems to be the unfortunate part is that though the American people read (and understood) _Wealth of Nations_ and maybe _Moral Sentiments_ as well, but the makers of the Constitution did not. A two volume opus where Adam Smith presented the core reasons for universal Liberty and unregulated markets to take full advantage of the natural human spirit to drag society further and farther. These volumes present the most seditious philosophical tract ever composed simply because no orthodoxy could hope to prevail and create an advantage. As it turned out you probably had too many English speakers who remembered their jealousy of class benefits and the desirability of unearned wealth. Just kidding (a little) but Washington DC has since repeated every error History warned us about. Strong Central Government, expressing some notion of a National Identity, a need for a Baronetcy based on Mercantilism and personal wealth, etc. It probably started with excluding Locke's third article of good governance (re: property) and replacing it with the namby-pamby 'pursuit of Happiness'.

Clarence Thomas is a case study in the damaging effects of racism in America. This man is terribly destroyed to the point of self-hatred. He deserves our compassion.

Love these two men. The incredible brains of my lifetime. GodBless you and your families. I enjoy the uploads and interviews you both have shared with outsiders as myself. It mirrors my minor life of a invisible telescope. However reel. Mr. Thomas is the voice I hear when reading the founding fathers arguments in the the creation of the America experiment. The deep raspy at times voice of thundering God vibes in the room. My opinion, just my thoughts. Reminds me of my father n law Mr Thomas aka Opa,,,,,,,,,, Much Love……..

I think I heard him say he thinks the briefs and associated documents give 99.9% of the information needed to judge the case and some of the questions in oral arguments are not needed (to be generous).

@@eyeje19 At least you have some content about your assertion now. Do you agree that whether I support CCP or not has nothing to do with whether What I said is Right or Wrong? @eyeje19

@@qingzhou9983 Anyone who keeps asserting that Trump is a liar when everything he has done for our country has been for the betterment of it and not for its demise like the Democrats have done are in alliance with the CCP who want to see our nation collapse. Since Trump is the strongest candidate to confront the CCP and Russia then those who despise our nation will try to bring Trump down. If you cared for this country than you would see the difference between Biden's Administration vs. Trump's when it comes to governing for America's progress. Forgive me if I made a statement that offended you since I am just observing the TDS in your comment about Trump. You might just believe the Legacy Media enough to come up with that statement about Trump being a liar. You never lied in your life? Have you lied lately? If so than that makes you a liar just the same. Doesn't it? I sure have and do it many times for different reasons so I guess that is not a great accusation. I hope you love this country and hope that you will not put your trust in any news source before really and extensively doing your research to come to those conclusions.
