FORG1VEN sounds very frustrated and sad. I really wish the best for him. If Gambit keeps him and achieve success then I hope it will cheer him up. At the same time, I think there are things he can work on, which he is blind to. Ultimately I just hope someone as driven as him can achieve his goal at being the best at what he enjoys, to some extent, if only so that he can feel fulfilled and happy.

Forg1ven joined SK, finished 1st spring split. After Forg1ven left SK, SK relegated. That is how strong Forg1ven is. I watched him when he was in challenger series and see him carry the team to LCS. It is so sad, i really hope that a good team picks him up and he stays happy there.

SK finished third in the previous split without Forg1ven, I think their poor finish this season should be attributed to the other four players not playing as well as the previous split. Forg1vens absence definitely had an impact on the team's performance, but it wasn't necessarily his leave that lead to SK's fall from grace.

Almost saddening to see Thorin's reactions when he expects Forg1ven respond with some fire/zest and he is more ponient/thoughtful. Truly hope Forg1ven finds the fire again. One of my favourite pros. Man, it makes me sad to see forg1ven this down. The ending is just so depressing. I hope that he gets back to where he once were and just kick everyone elses ass, but after seeing this it seems as if he is at the end of his career. No motivation, no future and all this frustration. One thing i don't get however is why he seems so indifferent to his situation. I had the impression that he actually cared a lot about winning, but he doesn't want to make any decision whatsoever to progress his career. Of course he might not get offers from other teams but he could at least try and make a change in gambit. Maybe he has just given up completely..

Tanks are constantly getting buffs, while adcs get nothing pretty much. Adcs can still carry, but their impact on the game is way lower than it used to be. I remember everyone getting excited about Forg1ven joining SK, and I didn't really pay any attention to him on CW, so I was pretty curious to see if all the hype was worth it. Watching him play Graves and Lucian to what felt like their full potential was just amazing, it was such a rare treat to see a Western player dominate the competition and make these near perfect plays to get the maximum amount of damage out of his champ. It made me excited about the game again, and it makes it so much more tragic to see Riot's poor decision making regarding both the game and its players just totally ruin what made it that exciting to begin with.

Amazing interview, i normally don't really react to video's anymore. But i am a big (huge) fan of Forgiven, and i really hope he will keep playing. He is one of the most mature and sober people i know playing the game (and i follow it a lot). He is just right in many thinks. I really hope riot does change, because of now it's just not a good company. This is because they don't have the mature people who can and will look at league of legends like a professional 'sport'. They want to be the nice guys and proof gaming is a fun experience and that it should always be. Seems like Forgiven is accepting he is doing some things wrong but blindly following other's advice on remedying his problems. I hope he starts taking criticism just as a reminder to look inward. It seems like he's already a good teammate but can still improve on it. Above everything I hope he realizes that he has a responsibility to use the talents he has despite the constant difficulties and troubles he faces. He can claim his spot among the worlds best 10 or 5 league players ever but only if he had the hunger for it and is relentless in achieving this goal.

I don't know if I missed or what, but I feel like they never addressed the issue that if he were to continue playing, it would be a huge gamble for whatever team picks him up. Is he just going to get banned again and whatever team he was on is now fucked? I feel like that would be a huge problem for him getting on another team and for him to have a successful career. He kept giving other reasons, but, in my opinion, this would have to be something he's considered and would probably be a big problem for him in the future. He shows no regret for toxicity and he even admits he won't change. I think that's why he doesn't want to continue in LoL even though he didn't say it.
