Reflective Supervision & Consultation: Perspectives from Child Welfare Professionals

This video features frontline child welfare social workers and supervisors sharing the ways they have incorporated Reflective Supervision/Consultation into their every day practice. Reflective supervision entails a collaborative reflection between a frontline worker and supervisor that builds on the workers use of their thoughts, feelings, and values within their every day work.
