Reforged Female Unit Voice Lines (and Models)

Fun fact: The female word for "centaur" is "centauride" (cen-TAUR-i-dee).
With Warcraft III Reforged came two weird-looking "new" old models for the female Death Knight and Demon Hunter, as well as two new reforged creeps, the female Satyr Shadowdancer and a few female Centaurs. I... honestly have no opinion on them at all.

I think I know what kind of error this is. I only know the German term, but probably you can look it up. It's "Halbbildreihenfolge". I think it could be that the wrong "Halbbildreihenfolge" option is chosen there, which causes the video to be this jittery

I think that male voices are a bit better cast, they have the power in their voice. But female variants are quite a cool idea, even if not executed perfectly.

the models and the variants are the only redeeming qualities, ONLY (and I guess some cinematics) , but seriously I loved the models but the entire thing was just a disappointment :(

@@iseegoodstuff3740 I honestly just want new models, the best thing is that each unit (at least Melee ones) have unique models, and these are GOLD for Custom RPG maps with unique NPCs or bosses. Hope we'll get more of those soon.

Man, I love The Dark Project/Gold and The Metal Age. Deadly Shadows is good, but not a great Thief game for me and some fans sadly (the Cradle mission is a masterpiece, though). "Thief 2014"... we don't want to talk about it.

Yeah, I know what you mean. The graphics aged really well, so when that's the _only_ thing the game "reforged," it was a disappointment because that's the one thing none of us asked for. If they had expanded upon everything _but_ the graphics, it may have been a success. But not the other way around.

DK - They should of just based it off Lady Blaumeux in WoW, who's model was an excellent counterpart to the Baron Rivendare one, who in turn was based off the WC3 generic DK. The one they made for reforged it just not good, especially the portrait. DH - Lore stand point this bothers me. Night Elf gender roles were strictly enforced until after the destruction of the World Tree, and demon hunters themselves were extremely rare. If the setting were post-BC, when Illidan trained a new generation of demon hunters it would be fine. Portrait and voice are kind of meh, but better than the DK. Satyr - Never once seen a female Satyr before reforged, though, since the Satyr were all Highborne mages it makes sense there could be female ones. Model is fine, not a huge fan of the voice. Centaur - I actually really like this one. I like the voice, model is nice, they did a good job on this one.

While I'm not a fan of reforged... I like the Demon Huntress. Makes the Hero DH distinct from Illidan. The Death Dame... eh, if her lines were better, maybe. Although, again, distinct.

For the reason I've yet to understand, in the Polish version, "I am the horsewoman of the apocalypse" was (more or less) translated as "I am the amazon of the apocalypse." The thing is, the original, pre-Reforged polish dub was better than the post-Reforged one. It might not have been perfect, but it has its charm. The new one however is just bad.

I remember Blizz mentioned they'd come (along with other features like ranked ladder). We can only guess when that's happening, they seem to be working on the ladder now. World Edit's still capable of creating custom campaigns, so that's something I guess.

I've seen streamers (both competitive war3 and dota players) that play on unofficial ladders that somehow managed to revert to an older version (which I suppose is pirated). An older version like that should be able to run custom campaigns.
