Hopefully we'll stop seeing the cringeworthy comments of 'I'm voting Reform its the only way to save Britain' like it's some kind of revolutionary act. Richard Tice is a spineless coward when he talks about immigration he always has to say we're fine with millions of Nigerians as long as they follow our values like feminism.

@@whylie74 I do agree though with your point about them not having a unifying message. They will justify this by saying something like "Well we're a party with candidates who have their own opinions and views on what they would like to see and this is a great strength of ours. There are no parties, there are only brands with logos selling a variation of the exact same stuff with a slightly different aftertaste. Since the largest sponsors are the same for all parties, their brands merely denote a minutia of special interests within their base of sponsors whom appeal to the segments of society ideologically up for grabs within the electorate, and they do so while deliberately trying to obfuscate any commonality of sponsorship coming from the establishment. If there are parties on the ballot where you vote, then those parties have been vetted and granted, by the establishment, a license to operate within your constituency.

I think that voting for Reform as a faulty party is different from voting for the tories as a "better of two evils". The British population voting for Reform would affect a tangible shift in the overton window, which is absolutely what is needed. Once the political equilibrium is rebalanced with Reform mainstreamed, it will be even easier to normalise further rightist ideology in broader society. Baby steps are required.

Blair famously went into No. 10 as an athiest, left as a Catholic (probably a Jesuit!). Quite the conversion. I have voted twice in my life, once for Kenneth Clarke in the 1987 General because he sent me a happy 18th birthday card the same year. The other was for Brexit. I'm not going to start giving them a mandate now!

'We've allowed corruption in to our system'. We're not doing anything about it, so good luck. Good advice there AA . However, one piece of advice- please do not take up singing for a living-PLEASE. The tories have proven they are not concerned with doing anything about lowering immigration levels. If, or when, Labour get in, immigration levels will either stay the same or increase. ReformUK are, at least somewhat, concerned with reducing both legal and illegal immigration. The UK's time is running short. Is it not worthwhile to at least cast a vote for Reform as to have a few anti-migration candidates in the house of commons?
