It would be cool if undeads can't consume regular foods, instead eating corpse after battle or it's prisoners

I asked some coders about that and it seems that would create many side effects in the game. So that’s still not decided.

Warband have a solution for that, simply create a new food item, a coprse or human meat, etc.. that have a guarantee drop after battle

@@Razzlion Well it work for warband and the npc inventory haven't filled with corpse so idk why it wouldn't work with bannerlord. It is not an idea but something that is already proven to work

That’s what I was thinking, I was like, “why do skeletons need food?” It would be cool if they, like you already said, ate corpses - or you had consumables that double as food like magic potions that can sustain them like food does normal troops. Because, I imagine they’re animated via magic, so it would make sense that magic would sustain them. I also wondered why they’d need money, unless they’re sentient revenants rather then subjugated puppets, I don’t see why they’d need to be paid. Of course, that would change when you upgrade them into intelligent beings like demons and such, I would assume. Game logic always confuses me - if I were a developer of some sort I’d never get any sleep because I’d make everything as perfect as possible and also make it make sense, so I’d spend hundreds of hours on one fucking thing and die from sleep deprivation 😂.

The spell I have is “summon undead” and not “raise undead”. They are two different spells. Have you tried it on dead bodies?
