Spent all day watching it crash when I tried to get it to run but enjoying the series and watching you play it.

Try my mod list and load order. It works on 1.1.5. If it still crashes, disable mods one by one to check which is causing problems.

For some reason, I've had the same issue with two handed weapons at the start while playing Realm of Thrones. Seems to be some kind of Bannerlord thing. It took ~10h of playtime until cities finally started selling two handed's. By then I already had my smithing set up to make myself an okay one though, so it wasn't needed anymore. I think they should really fix that.

It looks like your undead skin was replaced with normal skin. Or is it the armor that does that?

I have played the mod And I noticed that everytime I reload my save it changes my race to human I was able to notice it because I have Character Creation mod and it changed my elf ears and skin color

That is Tale Worlds implementation limitation. We made a custom code to prevent that in the next update!

Are you on console? They usually only work on pc. If not, you have to make sure the mods are up to date, and that they are compatible(meaning equal) to the game version, or they won't work.

Why were you using human units, while playing as the undead? I thought your faction had really good skeletal archers.

it would be cool if you had a passive ability to raise weaker units at the end of battle, a certain percent of non undead killed based on level and/or skill level
