I don't u derstand how that's a refresh. Sipping wet hair and product and brush styling. Diffuser. That took longer than my wash day. I just refreshed day 5 hair in about 5 min. Light spray mist with water, sometimes a refresh spray, scrunch, maybe clips at the bangs, and go. Airdry while eating breakfast. I'm sorry but to me you might as well have shampooed. Way to long for me.

Not that your hair doesn't look great but to me a refresh is quick and easy, 5 min or less

Refresh days can be quick or take longer… all depends on your end goal, and time you have available that day. There are many days I do a quick 5 min or less refresh. 😊

This is close to my refresh routine if I want it to look like wash day. I can do a quick refresh but for wash day results I definitely take more time.

Well,I’m amazed at your volume! This is so much easier than the curly girl method! Just have a question….what kind of cut do you have ? Layers? And did u go to curly cut stylist? Also, what was the hair spray you used? Thank you

Thanks! It is pretty simple and fast once you do it a few times. :) I cut my own hair… I just never have liked the cuts I get at salons. My hair is all one length with one really long layer at the bottom. I also just cut some long bangs a few months ago for added volume. I intend to do a video on how I cut soon. It’s super simple and not fancy at all.

@@ronyrodriguez8533 Hello! There are a lot of days where I just spritz with water and walk out the door. It just depends on if I have lots of tangles and frizz. If I do, then it takes a little more time that day and I do this routine. Most days though, I just spray with a little water and go.
