You're the first realistic style I've seen! Thank you! Most of the curly girls I follow have shorter hair so their suggestions haven't worked

Yes it is a tricky one juggling wash day, gym days and curly hair!! I do just put mine up in a ponytail as I find everything else just falls out when I run. I will have to try some of your tips and tricks though. Thanks Hannah.😊👍

Super helpful. I go to the gym everyday. And have been trying to figure out ponytail and headband to just shoving everything in a hat. Realizing my scalp is reacting much more now that it’s summer. I’ll try this. I’ll look at your channel to see what notes you have about scalp and treatments. 😊

Just wanted to say how much your vids have helped me - I must have re-watched your washday videos like a dozen times now! I recently purchased the UG Scalp Restore shampoo and conditioner, they are amazing! Also your tip about the Simple shampoo for clarifying saved me - I'd been using CGM-approved clarifying shampoos and my hair was SO upset with me. One wash with the Simple changed all that. Honestly I would have given up on this curly journey if it wasn't for your videos. Now I'm rocking those Botticelli curls! 💪

I’m going to try that dry shampoo trick. I teach group fitness classes and the back of my hair gets so sweaty! I like the Oidad refresh spray, idk what it’s called but it gets me an extra day. I liked the Aveda Micellar spray but it’s discontinued.

I might try the dry shampoo! I go for walks in ninety plus degree weather and I can literally sweat SO MUCH that my hair will get crunchy and kind of refresh itself from the humidity and sweat😮😅

Great video Hannah, how about the next video how to protect your curly hair when going swimming?

For me what helps cleaning my scalp is using micellair water. I have been doing that for a year now.

This is beyond helpful. Thank you so much for posting this video. All of the videos I have found until now are usually with shorter hair with tougher curl patterns, so I have definitely been struggling with this. I do have one question; would it be a bad idea to still try to keep my once a week wash day if I am working out 4 days a week..? It is so hard for me to find enough time in the day on weekdays after my workout
