No. I never did.

And having done all the steps ?? what next ?? as error 'Paper jam' remains and there is no paper in the machine ?? do I reload drivers ?? help !!

No didn't help. Won't print the piece of paper. Screen say printer error. Touch close sign. Jam Front comes up again. But thanks.

I know I am really, really late but you can always try cleaning the print heads

Wrong printer

Opened the top , found paper trapped in printer ink section. Cleaned all that. But I can see some small craps in top feed. Got a paper thick sheet to push it out. But it won't allow me to force it out in maintance section
