INGREDIENTS:
* 12 ripened peaches (blend 10, and reserve 2 for garnish)
* 6 lemons (reserve 4 slices for garnish and juice remainder)
* 1 thumb and 1/2 sizes ginger
* 2 liters drinking water (use some for blending above ingredients, and remainder for rinsing pulp during straining)
* Honey for sweetening to taste. ( I used 1/2 a cup. Substitute with agave, sugar, or artificial sweeteners such as stevia or splendor)
* Fresh mint leaves for garnish
