Refurbishing & rebuilding RH Split rims for my BMW Z3! (Part 1)

I have these rims and one barrel broke and it's too thin to be repaired.. where can I buy a new barrel or maybe one wheel?

what is the torque in NM at witch the small screws are tightened?

it was very hard to find exact specs but for all manufactures of split rims they tend to be torqued up to about 25-27nm, I went for the high end at 27nm
