G'day Steve. Really enjoy these videos. NZ cars of the 70s to 90s were really quite different to those here in Oz. So many of the cars you feature are dripping with that Kiwi mentality of home engineering and creativity. If you buggers couldn't readily buy it, no problem, you just made it .... I love that 'can do' attitude. Would be great if you could expand a little with some interviews ... guys like Ken McIntosh, Nelson Hartley and Simon Longdill are race engineering legends by any measure. Or how about Kenny Smith or Tony Cardwell ... I visited Tony many years ago when Cardwell Racing was a room at the back of the service station. He was still winning national titles in his 60s! Yes, could've been good to have been born a Kiwi. At least rugby would've been a much better experience.

Aahhh... the grass is always greener... 😜 If you had been borne a Kiwi, you might be living in Oz by now, along with thousands of others, because the grass is always... redder? 🥴

Hi guys my name is Ian and I have just watched the video of Reg Cooks Datsun 160J which shows much to my great surprise and pleasure that I suddenly realized my Dolomite Sprint is in the background . Indeed it still carries my Group C race number #70 which still use in my current race car a factory built in Sydney by Leyland TR7 V8. I would very much like to get in touch with owner and have most of the Dollies history still with me. Thank you for your time.

Can you please stand still when speaking? Great videos but off putting when you keep stepping back and forward to the camera

Turn the bloody music noise down, it distracts enormously from an otherwise great video
