Thanks for your interest in the Regal, this boat has been sold. But regarding seating the boat is Yacht Certified, so you can have as many people on board as you fell comfortable with as the Captain is responsible for all guest on board (Owner Responsibility also known as). Truly with this layout I feel this would be a boat that could comfortably seat 10-12 people as the cockpit is very roomy. Could you fit more, of course but it would get very tight. Thanks, Zach
