Poor thing..all those emotions at 2021 Trials. You three talented amazing women completely understand each other. It has been amazing watching Regan emerge with such determination and confidence. Looking forward to watching her crush it at the OTs. Thank you for letting us all see that even though you’re all in a class of your own as athletes, you are still just human. Beautiful. Peace….

what an outstanding interview and person in Regan. how can you listen to her story and not become the biggest fan. I don't know her but I'm proud of her.. what a great role model for the sport and for anyone who identifies with the struggles she's talked about and how she has overcome those struggles. That saying is very true... a happy swimmer is a fast swimmer!

OMG, as an old guy, this is one of the most educational and inspiring podcast I have ever listened. I just saw Regan winning a medal and wanted to know more about her and that is how I discovered this. Regan grew up like 10 miles from me, I am sharing this with everyone that I love and care. What she says is cutting edge and 100% sports psychology. Thanks for this podcast.

It really resonated her comment of that WR becoming a shadow..this particular podcast was exceptional..To see such a gentle soul fight through her fears and insecurities is a testament to her true inner strength..I would hope there was a way that this interview could be seen by millions!!

Missy and Katie, thank you SO MUCH for these interviews! You have added great joy to my experience of watching the sport of swimming because I feel I know these athletes a little bit as people, not just as swimmers. You are wonderful!

as an international audience members, I think it would be really great if you could interview some international swimmers as well (Aussies especially) and not just American swimmers

Regan was very sportsmanlike immediately following the Olympic 200 fly and for her graciousness, she has my respect.
