pure muscle and fitness in Burlington is the best gym in North America, hands down!!! I'm from Buffalo, NY and nothing can compare to it, best equipment, Panata, Arsenal, Atlantis, everything you could ever want...35,000 square feet, I've been everywhere in the states (BEV Francis gym in Syosset, Golds Gym Venice beach, Destination Dallas, Alphalete Gym in Houston, Powerhouse gym Tampa, Dragon's Lair and Torture gym in Las Vegas) and nothing comes close, NOTHING!!!

Brother Please in front double please pull your forearms all the way in, why are they at 90 degrees. You will get a better squeeze on biceps peak. Analyse your show with Nathan, they all squeeze the forearms to the biceps except you. You seem ready just go for it. All the best

It's better to show your progress and let the judges know you and the people too. Then clime up the ladder. You can't just show up one day and win. There's a lot of bullshit that has to happen first. They wanna see the struggle and hard work happen first before you can advance. They wanna make sure you are a nice guy too. Not an a hole to represent the community
