it’s interesting how fast time flies. I’m not sure exactly when I first started watching cbum most likely around late 2019 after his win, when I had just lost 50-60lbs and was at my leanest starting to hit the gym. I couldn’t even bench 225 most likely and was doing like 100lbs on the lat pulldown. Fast forward now even with the pandemic and some health problem nd sickiness halting progress I can do 315 for 2 whilst not even training bench, and 200 on lat pull downs.
