Great to hear from you, Gene! The second leg had twice the number of passengers, and the service suffered just a little. We actually had to wait 30 minutes for a seat at Sette Mari one night. Of course, we just went to the Observation lounge and had a drink, so it was no big deal. Any other cruises planned?

@@DJTravels Greetings Daren! Yes, as a matter of fact we are doing a Seabourn 28 night Vancouver to Papeete, Tahiti cruise beginning on the 30th of September. Lots of sea days (which we enjoy) and visits to all of the Hawaiian islands and the Tahitian ones as well. I do have my Go Pro for those shots when snorkeling and around the ship. Unfortunately, I am challenged with my editing skills. I see how easily you liven your channel🙂

So good to see you guys being back onboard again. Thank you so much for sharing your impressions. Me and my family will embark Splendor on December 20th in Miami, flying in from Frankfurt one day prior. But food seems to be way better on Voyager, as far as I can see.

Not sure why, but the food was definitely a notch better on Voyager. Bear in mind that our Splendor cruise was only the second post-pandemic for the Splendor, so some issues might be due to pure rustiness! Regardless, I am sure you will enjoy your voyage!! Please subscribe, if you haven't already.

Well I do have to ask the question. Do you two do nothing else but eat? I have watched first two episodes of this and that is all you seem to do.

Yes, but I am not allowed to show gym time, time in the spa area, massages and other treatments, or nightly shows. And since at this time of the series, this cruise had yet to visit a port, you haven’t seen us on an excursion. That being said, eating good food is always a major part of our vacations!

@@EG-nx3sl Compass Rose was actually that noisy! I tried some post processing to reduce the background noise, but it did not work very well.
