I understand a lot of this at my age. My parents, born in the 1920s, went through so much as a Black American. Most don't want to talk about the American truth. Now, some are trying to hide it under a bushel, because it's ugly, and a lot of people who perpetuated this are still alive, well, and some want to hide their shame. However, some are proud of this disgrace. Thank you Reggie Martinez Jackson.

I am very grateful that you had Reggie Jackson on your show. I am excited to watch his story. I hope he has a book to follow. Hopefully, I can read further about his truth, the reality, from his voice and from his lens, without edited cuts, deletions or ommsions. I look forward to him creating the next chapter of his documentary series.

Why does America hate truth? Why do they try so hard to hide their hatred and evilness? This man is telling you what he endured in his life but accepting what you did and try to better yourself, you would rather tell people like him to be quiet you are making our kids uncomfortable. How can you advance as a society when you can't even acknowledge your past?

It's so sad that regardless of all the hate and madness that Reggie Jackson had to endure, he still managed to date only white women, with the exception of one black woman, Sheila Johnson who just happened to have been a billionaire. So actually, I don't want to hear him whining about how he was treated, because he obviously didn't learn anything from it.

We need to talk about race. Nothing embarrassing about it, some white people don't want to hear about their great great parents being horrible people. What about our great great parents and even now racism still exists. We can do better, we know better but for some white folks it is about power.
