How can shark drake veiss come out when there is only 3 spaces in duel links

In the game files, there is maximum of 4 Overlay Units for Xyz Monsters Which is a hint for new Zone they could add it to game once Vrains Released where you can Overlay ALL 4 Monsters to Xyz Summon Shark Veiss Or there are some cards to support Xyz to treat them as 2 or double monsters at same time
