Kelly is a phoney. I just read that she wasn’t invited to Regis’s funeral. She never once called him after the show. I wish Kathy Lee never left Live. Kelly Ripa drove him crazy which is why I think he really left. He’s so gracious that he just said it was time to let go. But everyone knew the truth. Regis was so loved by everyone! I will miss him and his funny stories. RIP💔🙏

It’s horrible how Kelly is acting so emotional about his passing. I just watched this interview just now for the first time and I was stunned to find out Kelly never called him or talked to him or invited him back on the show. She’d be a no name without him. Hollywood egos ruin everything.
@hollyholy641
@hollyholy641 4 жыл бұрын
@@joe6096 I watched this interview a few years ago and was so relieved that Regis confirmed my dislike for Kelly. I never liked her, she was always starring at herself in the playback screen off camera whenever Regis was talking or whenever anyone is talking during the show. LOL I then watched the Live! episode where Kelly was all upset announcing his passing. One thing's for sure, she is a horrible actress, I don't know how anyone could have believed her performances this past week.
@ADawg3
@ADawg3 4 жыл бұрын
I couldn't even get through the ABC special on Regis' life because of all the Kelly footage/interviews. It's almost as if the special was about her. After awhile I just stopped. I couldn't continue watching knowing how she treated him. She's fake as f**k.
@hollyholy641
@hollyholy641 4 жыл бұрын
@@ADawg3 I thought the same thing! Boy, they sure are playing up the Kelly clips, and I thought it was Regis who they were "remembering," ugh! I don't watch it usually but I thought maybe they would honor Regis with some classic clips. Even her "memories" were superficial, "he got my son a Dean Martin CD for Christmas once, this one time on the show, one time on the show, this other time on the show," clearly she didn't associate with Regis off camera.

I think it is funny that everyone is hating on Kelly for not inviting him back. What about Gelman, who was supposedly so close to him, or Art Moore. They would have much more to do with booking the hosts and guests than Kelly. She has all but admitted she just shows up for work, does her hour and leaves.

Regis was well known in the industry and respected by many he was a pro at what he did. A television legend. Regis and Kathie Lee made 'Live a house hold show He was and will always be the host of that show no matter who takes his spot it was never the same. Kelly Ripa has taken over his chair and never once kept in touch with him... what an ungrateful person. Regis was in his senior years when he left would it have killed Kelly to keep in touch with him once and a while. But of course when we see her on the next "Live "she's going to show a different side. Rip Regis Philbin
