Perfect! I love it when people like you actually show the real-world issues that can arise. To me, that's more refreshing than me thinking I'm a failure because I'm not perfect 100% of the time haha Love your vids man, keep 'em coming! I'm learning a ton!

Awesome attention to detail! One of the best registration videos I've seen! Bro, seeing your mistakes is so refreshing and helpful. Way more helpful that just a simple video of how to do it perfectly that doesn't explain the easy mistakes that most people make.

Indeed! I appreciate the love and support. I try to incorporate everything in the video. Just like you said a simple video on how to do it doesn’t help when you run into simple troubleshooting errors that everyone runs into. One of the small but big details that I would have loved to see and learn from back when I started, that’s why I’m incorporating all the mistakes and errors that could possibly happen because I’ve been in your shoes! Appreciate you engaging and letting me know the video helps🙌🏽

@baavproductions

No problem bro. The flash machine is the little one that dries the shirt to do another print on top, this machine is called a "flash dryer" then the bigger machine that drys the print fully is called a "conveyor dryer" let me know if this helps!

Dope video as usual bro and mad props for keeping us engaged for 36 mins as long format videos are challenging no doubt. Do you have any experience with cured ink remover? The printer I used completely botched my prints and everything cracked on first wash and unfortunately hasn't taken much ownership in fixing this. I want to re-print the garments and can't really find much info on experience with the chemical.
@baavproductions
@baavproductions 3 жыл бұрын
Hey Evan, thank you for the awesome comment and showing love, I appreciate it! This video was definitely longer than any of my other videos which is why I was a bit hesitant on publishing it but I am glad you enjoyed! Cured ink remover is mainly used for small mess ups such as finger prints or small miss prints. Therefore, it is very hard to remove full prints on shirts which is something I don't recommend, it would be much easier and better for you to just re order the shirts sand re print it rather than trying to remove all the prints which will probably get costly and time consuming. If your issue is that the ink is not cured properly try throwing the shirts in the conveyor or cure them longer to see if that fixes the issue. Thank you again and I hope this helps!
@evanbernath23
@evanbernath23 3 жыл бұрын
@@baavproductions Of course, keep up the good work! Everything I’ve seen you print pretty much looks crispy. If the design is cracked though there’s no undoing that right?
@baavproductions

Thank you so much for your amazing videos man!! This was awesome, it's so helpful seeing someone else encounter problems in the process and work through them. Just one question, would you recommend not flooding the screen whenever printing black ink? Or does it just depend on the graphic or what type of ink you're using? Thanks again for this long one!!
@baavproductions
@baavproductions 2 жыл бұрын
Hey man so happy to hear the videos are helping🙌🏽 main goal was to normalize that people run into problems and it’s not always going to be perfect. One of the missing elements on KZbin for screen printing. The reason I didn’t flood the screen in this for the black is because I ended up having tooo much black ink printed and it was causing me to loose detail. So for small details I’ve figured out that it’s just better to not flood the screen. But again do your trial and error! When it comes to you printing black, try both. Try one way with flooding the screen and try one way without flooding and compare the results. Screen printing is all about trial and error 🤘🏽
@NyoNyo411
@NyoNyo411 2 жыл бұрын
@@baavproductions Awesome thanks again, appreciate the reply! I always flood when printing, but have definitely encountered a loss of detail with black ink before. I'll be sure to do some no flood trial and error now (:

Why did you print flash print the black?
@baavproductions
@baavproductions 3 жыл бұрын
I like to print flash print especially when it doesn't have an under base. In this case part of the black screen did have an under base but some of the design like the skull did not have an under base. So, I like to print flash print it to make sure it has two layers to cure. Print flash print just creates a better and stronger foundation for the ink to last in my experience.
@davidduque2207
@davidduque2207 3 жыл бұрын
@@baavproductions you do know that black ink doesn’t need an underbase and a print flash print right?
@baavproductions
@baavproductions 3 жыл бұрын
@@davidduque2207 mhm that isn't a set in stone rule for black ink. It all comes down to the printer. In this case I don't put an under base under black ink but I do print flash print it. In my experience it gives it an even better print then just doing 1 print to save time. I would rather go the extra mile and give it a second print. But again, it all depends on the printer and that is how I look at it and print it.
@davidduque2207
@davidduque2207 3 жыл бұрын
@@baavproductions black ink is the darkest ink. There isn’t any other color that can bleed through the black ink. So yes black ink DOES NOT need an underbase!
@baavproductions
