Good recommendation but unfortunately I am not that. great at color separating so I don't think I would be the right person to teach that. However, there are great color separating videos out there now from other people. Maybe in the near future I can create one.

those screws should be tapered countersunk holes to match the screws. that is a design flaw the engineers should have caught. great work though!! Love the 80s industrial background music!!

I have a question related screen printing... What kind of white Plastisol ink should be used for underbase.? It should be the normal Plastisol ink or any special ink used for underbase.

For me I just mainly use regular white plastisol ink for an under base. But there are definitely special ones out there for specific prints, like a special polyester under base that blocks dye migration, but usually white does the trick for me.

is it me or when you over flash the black it almost burns the garments

Nope not just you, it happens when it is over flashes or even over cured. Just try reducing the temp time or speeding up the time.

why not print the lighter color ink first? then you wont need to worry about taking the screen to the washout booth to clean the ink out.

That is what I should of done however, I prefer to always wash the screens in the wash-booth no matter the ink. Just feels cleaner to me.

It’s not hard to hear but when your moving around to the exposure unit and washout both, you can really tell the difference but when your moving around your press it’s not noticeable.
