I believe deep conditioners are regular conditioners mixed with stuff like honey, aloe vera and penetrating hair oils we find in stores. They just make them thicker and maybe the scent and color is different too but I'm pretty sure we can make them ourselves at home. They use all the tactics with the pretty packaging and fancy names to get us to buy them and they be so expensive.

That is probably true but i also value my time over money and if i can find a product that works just as well or better than something i can make myself, with a longer shelf life and mixed in the right proportions by experienced scientists, i will pick that any day. 💖

No. That will make your hair dry. You shampoo before then rinse off the deep conditioner with water

Hello yes. But only use on your wash days

Omg no do not do that!!! Even if you use it on washday some of the rice water will remain in your hair...no matter how much you rinse or wash. Do not take the risk

Ok. I am trying to get more knowledge on conditioner. My question is if you wash your hair every two weeks, should you deep condition it as well? I heard you should deep condition your hair every month. Is this true? I also heard you should wash your hair every two weeks. Is this true. I am African American and I am wondering what is true so I can take care of my hair the right way.

hello, i wash my hair every week but all hair has different needs. if every 2 weeks works for you then do that, but yes deep condition every time you wash your hair. 💖
