My former-legal-guardian was an abusive MONSTER in every sense of the word. In his mind i wasnt his son, i was his property. The only time he recognized me as his biological offspring was during income tax season. Hed strike me in the face repeatedly just to vent and then turn around and be a kind loving man to my siblings. He even made me shave him just like the movie the color purple. Little girls in the neighborhood would naturally gravitate towards him because he was kind and loving towards them all while being a vile physically and emotionally abusive demon towards me. It wasnt until i got on a job with him that i truly learn how phony he was. Everyone at work called him "Rev" short for reverend because he always talked about God. He carried himself like he wouldnt hurt a fly. Always quiet and kind to hide who he really is. Now his family tries to gaslight me and tell me to get over it or that it never happened. I've completely excommunicated his entire family and even had my name changed. They dont have my number and every attempt by his kids to reach me is ignored. I blame him for my mothers death. The stress he placed on her killed her. Cutting off the "farmer" and his family wa the best decision i could've made.
@GabrielLupertazzi9 күн бұрын
How very painful all of that must have been. I hope you're doing better now. Thank you for sharing. I'm curious tho, what do you mean the little girls would gravitate towards your father? He was abusing them? Also, maybe you shouldn't cut out your siblings, they are your blood after all or do you blame them in a way? Thank you godbless.
@SihrusStarhill9 күн бұрын
@GabrielLupertazzi the more I'm away from them, the more it all just seems like a bad dream. And the more i can tell myself it was just a bad dream the better I feel. He had a bench in his front yard he made. He would just come outside and sit and people watch. For some reason little girls in the neighborhood always seemed to want to come to him, talk to him and sit with him. He never approached them first, he just sat at the bench and they would see him and want to come socialize with him. It was a tasteless joke to my own traumatic childhood. One of the worst things your abusers can do after they hurt you physically is kill you mentally with taunts and gaslighting. When you experience something truly horrific and people tell you to get over it even though they've never experienced even a tenth of it or that "it never happened", that's the effects of assault and can drive one to self harm. I realized from the limited experiences of talking to them that they are all just an extension of him. Much like in lord of the rings you had the mouth of sauron or the eyes of sauron they were all manifestations of some aspect of him. One is the manipulator of the farmer who pretends to be kind all while trying to tell me my trauma is no big deal. Another is the physical abuser of the farmer. A brother who takes steroids and looks for fight just to give his pitiful existence relevance. Another is the taunter of the farmer. That would be one of his daughters who knows I was abuse (they all do) and taunts it because she knows a person in my position would never want to talk to them and they have nothing to lose at this point since they've already done everything possible to wrong me. They all are the ears of the farmer and go back and tell him whatever I tell them. So it's the same as talking to him. No I'm good. They can have that family.
@SihrusStarhill9 күн бұрын
@GabrielLupertazzi little girls would just come and sit on the bench and talk to him. He never approached them they always just came to him. all my siblings are a manifestation of him; an embodiment of an aspect of him like how lord of the rings has the mouth of sauron or the eye of sauron. For him it's the manipulator of the farmer, the violent psychopath of the farmer, the taunter of the farmer, etc. And they're all the ears of the farmer because they go back and tell him whatever I say to them so I'm still just talking to him. That bastard needs to know for the rest of his life that I reject him and all of him.

At 10 years old I was cursed with a Monster as well. The kind that spread their hateful nature to others like a disease. Who held a fiery rage within them but stays hidden behind a veil when anyone else was around. I was abused, exploited, neglected… For years I was worked like a slave for the family business. To maintain their lifestyle while the whip cracked endlessly on the back of their eldest child. After I did everything I could for them, and was pushed over the edge one too many times; I chose to walk away before I did something I’d regret. Moving on from the nightmare, leaving behind the burden, escaping the place I called home-was the best decision I have ever made. I gave up my whole life for a chance at a better one.

The AI game was a digital reflection of the boy's internal struggle, like they say garbage in garbage out😢 what started out as an escape for the boy to be with his father... Turned out to be quest for an answer... The boy knowing that his father was a soldier must have been a desire to solve a problem... Sort of like trying to communicate to a consciousness of a loved one... The constraints of the game might have mimicked the constraints that the boy was going through.... Seeking justice hence naming the fish justice... The game was like a conflict resolution for the boy and the father he thought had left too soon.
